A Little About Me
What I do is difficult to reduce to a single title, because people rarely come to me for just one thing.
Sometimes it’s personal. Sometimes it’s professional. Sometimes it’s the quiet realization that life no longer fits the way it used to and something needs to change.
I’m a psychotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science and Counselling, but the real foundation of my work comes from the way I connect with people. I’ve always been deeply interested in what sits underneath the surface — beyond the image people present, beyond the coping, beyond the “I’m fine.” Because when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe enough to be honest without fear of judgement, real change becomes possible.
Twenty-five years ago, I moved from Ireland to Australia with a strong belief that resilience would carry me through anything. And while that experience taught me strength and adaptability, it also showed me how easy it is to appear fine on the outside while quietly carrying far more than anyone realises. That understanding shapes the way I work today.
I don’t believe in off-the-shelf wellbeing programs or rehearsed motivational talk that sounds inspiring in the moment but disappears by the next morning. Life is too layered, personal, and unpredictable for generic solutions.
What I offer is grounded, human support that meets people where they are — whether that’s someone quietly overwhelmed behind closed doors, a person navigating a major life transition, a team struggling with communication and tension, or an organisation wanting to create a healthier and more connected culture.
At the heart of my work is helping people understand themselves more clearly. Often, the things keeping us stuck aren’t obvious on the surface. Old patterns, burnout, self-doubt, people-pleasing, fear, overthinking, or years of carrying responsibility can quietly shape the way we live without us even realising it.
Together, we slow things down enough to make sense of what’s really happening and then create practical, meaningful ways forward that feel achievable in real life, not just in theory.
Sometimes that looks like therapy.
Sometimes it’s a reset during a life transition.
Sometimes it’s helping someone reconnect with themselves and trust their own decisions again.
Sometimes it’s creating space for teams and workplaces to communicate better, reconnect, and function in healthier ways.
Whatever the setting, my approach is always the same: honest, compassionate, practical, and deeply personalised.
Most of my one-on-one work is offered online, allowing people to access support from wherever they feel most comfortable. Workshops, group sessions, and organisational support can be delivered onsite or in carefully chosen offsite environments designed to encourage openness, reflection, and genuine conversation.
I’m not here to be the loudest voice in the wellbeing space, and I’m not interested in selling polished self-help formulas.
I’m here for people who are tired of the fluff.
People who want something real.
Something grounded.
Something that actually works.
Because sometimes what changes people isn’t another program.
It’s finally feeling understood.
